about Carlo
Carlo works with businesses throughout their life cycle in a variety of industries. He assists with business structuring, M&A, tax, finance, and general corporate law. Additionally, Carlo has experience working with international start-ups and collegiate athletes.

Carlo received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as Symposium Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. As a member of the Micro-Trade Development Clinic, he worked with start-up clients based in Mexico City. Carlo received his B.A. in Philosophy and Politics and International Relations from Wake Forest University, and was the Drum Major for the Wake Forest Athletics Band.

Carlo is active in the community by participating in programs that focus on diversity and education. Outside of the office, Carlo enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, Tinkerbell and Merida. In his spare time, he enjoys running and exploring new restaurants and breweries with his wife and friends.
