discrimination and harassment complaints

SLG has extensive experience representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in connection with charges of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. We provide on-site investigation services and advice and counsel on the preparation of a response to such charges. Further, we prepare responses to charges, negotiate and draft settlement and release agreements, and represent employers at hearings or mediations before the EEOC.
