Chelsea advises businesses on a wide variety of corporate matters including tax strategy, securities, business formation and structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Chelsea provides strategic advice to clients and businesses throughout all stages of growth.
Chelsea received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor for the First Amendment Law Review and as a member of the International Law Moot Court Team. As a law student, she worked in the Small Business/Self-Employed Division of the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS and volunteered in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Chelsea received her B.A. in Mathematics and Spanish from Wake Forest University.
Chelsea is new to the Raleigh area, but she’s enjoying getting involved in the community. Chelsea was recently married. In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys fly-fishing, cooking, cheering for the Tar Heels, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
