Schneider Law Group Welcomes Chelsea Parish

Schneider Law Group is pleased to announce that Chelsea Parish has recently joined the firm as an associate attorney. Chelsea brings added depth to SLG’s corporate, tax, securities and transactional practice. Her practice areas include tax strategy, securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law for growth oriented businesses in the Triangle.  Chelsea received her Juris Doctor degree from UNC School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in Mathematics and Spanish, with a minor in Education.

With the addition of Chelsea, SLG further strengthens its position as a business-focused law firm with the experience and depth to provide sophisticated legal services in tandem with business savvy counseling.
